Controller and contact
Insight Tecnoasesores, S.L. (tax ID B86823879) is responsible for operating NotemeAPP accounts and the platform. Contact: ayuda@notemeapp.com. See the legal notice for full company details. Businesses that publish content through the platform may have their own responsibilities for the information they provide and how they use it.
Data and purposes
We process names, email addresses, preferences, followed businesses, activity needed to display notices, and technical session data to create and protect accounts, provide the service, deliver enabled communications and handle requests.
Email and followed businesses
We use your email to verify and protect your account and to send service messages. When you follow a business, it can see your name and email in its follower list. If that business offers email, this channel is enabled when you follow it so that it can send you its communications and promotions through NotemeAPP. You can disable email for each business in its notification preferences or stop following it.
Optional interests
You may choose interest categories after registration or skip that step. You can change or remove them in your profile. They are associated with your account and can be viewed by NotemeAPP administrators, but are not displayed to the businesses you follow. At present, they are not used to select which business notices you receive.
Location and nearby alerts
If you voluntarily enable nearby alerts, your browser provides a point-in-time location while NotemeAPP is active. It is used to calculate on the server the distance to businesses you already follow. We do not store your coordinates, routes or movement history, and businesses cannot access your location.
Legal basis and retention
Processing needed to provide your account is based on performance of the service. Optional communications and location use depend on the preferences and permissions you configure. We retain data while your account is active and for any applicable legal periods.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to ayuda@notemeapp.com. You can also withdraw communication and location permissions in your profile. You may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
Recipients and security
We do not sell personal data. Essential technical providers may process it under confidentiality and security obligations. We apply access controls, encryption and activity logging.
